Clinic Assistant

We are looking for an experienced female Senior Clinic Assistant with a strong background in general healthcare procedures to join our dynamic team at Klinik Asriana. The candidate must have a deep understanding of GP procedures and possess excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Doctors: Support doctors during patient consultations and treatments, ensuring smooth clinical operations for all general duties assigned.
  2. Basic GP Procedures: Proficient in performing basic general practitioner (GP) procedures, such as wound dressing, administering medication, taking vitals, and blood collection.
  3. Administrative Duties: Handle patient records, ensuring they are accurately updated and maintained in the clinic’s system.
  4. Patient Care: Provide high-quality care and assistance to patients, guiding them through clinic procedures and addressing inquiries.
  5. Manage Appointments: Assist in scheduling, managing, and confirming patient appointments.
  6. Support in Operations: Perform other general duties assigned by the clinic manager or doctors, including stock management of medical supplies.
  7. Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and conducive for patient care.

Job Requirements:

  1. Qualifications:
    • At least a Certificate/Diploma in Healthcare/Nursing for a Senior Clinic Assistant.
    • Minimum SPM/STPM for a Clinic Assistant.
  2. Experience:
    • At least 1-2 years of clinical experience, particularly with GP procedures.
    • Prior experience in customer service or in a clinical environment will be an added advantage.
  3. Skills:
    • Proficient in handling basic healthcare procedures (dressing wounds, assisting doctors, etc.).
    • Computer Literate and able to manage patient records electronically.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  4. Other Requirements:
    • Female candidate.
    • Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
    • Have own transport and be able to travel to the clinic.

We are looking for dedicated Resident Doctors to join our team at Klinik Asriana. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, professional, and committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. You will be responsible for conducting patient consultations, diagnosing illnesses, prescribing treatments, and ensuring that all medical procedures adhere to established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with patients regarding treatments and procedures while maintaining professionalism and approachability.
  • Patient Examination: Examine patients with care and compassion, ensuring they feel comfortable and understood.
  • Patient Education: Clarify and educate patients on healthcare and wellness, answering any questions they may have about treatments or conditions.
  • Documentation: Document all medications, diagnoses, treatments, consultations, and patient interactions in compliance with clinic standards.
  • Medical Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest medical knowledge and best practices in the healthcare industry.
  • Diagnosis & Treatment: Respond to patients’ health issues by referring to their medical history, carrying out investigations, providing treatment, and making referrals when necessary.
  • Record Maintenance: Collect, record, and maintain accurate patient information, including medical history, examination results, and reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), medical regulations, and protocols.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the clinic team to provide the best possible care for patients.

Job Requirements:

  1. Must be registered with the Malaysian Medical Council.
  2. Possess a valid Annual Practice Certification (APC).
  3. At least three years of working experience in a clinical setting.
  4. Well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
  5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  6. Must be a Malaysian doctor.
